THE Perfect Pot Roast
I owe my cute sister-in-law BIG for making this meal for us during our last visit, and for telling me where to find this recipe. In all of my thirty-something years of life I cannot remember eating pot roast like this. THIS is THE recipe I will be using any time I make pot roast, until forever.
