    Pumpkin Spice Egg Nog French Toast

    A seasonal twist on one of our favorites.

    INGREDIENTS:
    }  2 eggs
    }  3/4 C. pumpkin spice egg nog, or regular egg nog spiced with pumpkin pie spice
    }  approx. 12 slices of your favorite bread (wheat, white, Texas Toast, french bread, cinnamon swirl bread, etc.)
    }  Toppings of your choice:  powdered sugar, syrup, whipped cream, etc.

    DIRECTIONS:
    }  Combine eggs and egg nog, and mix until smooth.
    }  Lightly grease a large skillet or griddle and set for medium heat about 3 minutes.
    }  Coat both sides of bread slices in egg mixture by dipping, and cook each for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
